Please ensure you are available to attend present your poster at the Poster and Networking Reception, held on Wednesday 1st July from 5:30pm at the University of Birmingham

• All posters must be A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).

• All posters must be portrait

• Text size and font is at the discretion of the authors but text must be clear and legible

• Colour is recommended, particularly for imagery

• All posters must have the title at the top, in bold.

• Authors must be clearly shown

• You will need to print your poster prior to the event and bring this with you. Velcro is available to display your poster.

• Please ensure know your poster number and correctly find this at the event when displaying your poster. 

• All poster presenter, must register and pay to attend the conference in person. if not, your poster will not be displayed at the conference or in the abstract booklet.​
